Waste in Commercial Activities?

At Decathlon, the main waste generated is plastic and cardboard that comes from product packaging. The waste is sorted, and the cardboard is thrown into a compactor. Afterwards, everything is recycled.

We threw the trash outside the facilities. There was a cardboard container and then the normal regular waste bins.

At school, waste such as paper, plastic packaging, and organic waste is generated.

We separate the waste into recycling bins to recycle properly.

We also try to reduce paper use and reuse materials whenever possible.

When I was at Decathlon, I saw that waste was managed very carefully. The staff separated materials like cardboard, plastic, and other waste to recycle them properly. They also tried to reduce waste and promote repairing products instead of throwing them away. This helped the company be more environmentally responsible.

The main wastes in the commercial sector are organic, paper and cardboard, plastic, glass, and special waste.
